What you buy
Single unlocks of one remake (Unlock $3.99, Unlock HD $5.99); one-time credit packs (4, 10, 20 credits) that never expire. Subscriptions are not offered right now. 1 credit = one Unlock remake; Unlock HD uses 2 credits. Credit packs are prepaid entitlements, not cash. Prices are on /pricing.
Failed or safety-declined remakes
If a paid remake fails or is declined by our safety checks, the credits used for it are returned to your wallet automatically. You can retry at no extra cost when the issue is fixed. Remakes that succeed are not refundable for taste alone — generation cost has already been incurred.
Credit packs — unused credits within 14 days
Credit packs are prepaid entitlements, not cash. Within 14 days of purchase we may refund unused credits from that purchase at the price paid for those unused units; any credits already spent on a successful remake are non-refundable because generation cost has been incurred. A refund removes only the unused balance from that purchase and does not revoke access to videos already unlocked or downloaded. Failed or safety-declined remakes return credits automatically. Promotional credits have no cash value. If a payment is charged back or reversed as fraud, we may remove remaining credits from that payment and suspend further unlocks.
Single unlocks — 14 days if unused
A single Unlock / Unlock HD that has not yet been used to render can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Once that unlock has produced a successful remake, it is non-refundable (same as spent pack credits). Ask through the contact form below; when approved, we refund to your original payment method.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a plan anytime; it stops the next renewal and you keep access and credits until the end of the period already paid. Billing periods that have started are not refunded, except where the law requires or for a renewal you did not intend that you report within 14 days with no plan credits from that period used. A refunded period's unused credits are removed; videos already unlocked with those credits are not revoked for a voluntary refund.
Requesting a refund
Failed or safety-declined paid remakes return credits automatically. For unused pack credits or an unused single unlock within 14 days (or if you were charged but received no credits), use the contact form at ideoy.ai/report with the email you sign in with, and include your receipt or order ID. We review each request and, when approved, refund through our payment provider to your original payment method. Credits already spent on successful remakes are not refundable.
Chargebacks and fraud
If a payment is charged back or reversed as fraud, we may remove any remaining unused credits from that payment and suspend further unlocks or purchases on the account. A voluntary refund of unused credits does not revoke videos you already unlocked or downloaded from successful remakes.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Waffo Pancake or PayPal, depending on checkout). Ideoy never sees or stores your full card number. See also our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
